- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
She Straps is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided or because it was not collected, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
8. Authority to Leave
Where a delivery is left in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures or your delivery instructions, responsibility for the parcel passes to you upon delivery.
If you have concerns about parcel security, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to have been lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide:

photographs of any damage (if applicable);
details of the issue.
We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and assist in resolving the matter.
10. Customs and Import Charges (New Zealand)
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or other government charges.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
