At She Straps, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different colour, the item must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Free from damage, dirt, wear, or signs of use

The customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanges, including return shipping to She Straps and shipping of the replacement item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the exchange is processed.

Returns

Returns must be approved by She Straps before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request has been assessed.

Refunds

Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or otherwise not fit for its intended purpose.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
